Days 1, 2, 3
SETTLE INTO THE SIGHTS AND SOUNDS OF CAPE TOWN
Any good South African trip kicks off in Cape Town, where delicious fare and gorgeous views meet you at every turn. You’ll spend the first three nights of your journey at Cape Grace, tucked into a private quay between the bustling waterfront and the tranquil yacht marina. Here, you hardly need to leave your room to soak in the excitement and beauty of the city—but you’ll probably want to get out the door for a walking adventure right away! The concierge team will set you up nicely so you don’t waste a moment exploring the waterfront, having a culinary experience at famed restaurants like Babylonstoren, shopping at the local markets, or taking the day to go wine tasting in Stellenbosch. We would love to help you plan ahead to make your three days in the Cape just as jam-packed or chilled out as you like!
Days 4, 5, 6

This is the heart of Big Five country, where you're bound to tick some of Africa's greatest animals off of your must-see list while drinking coffee on your morning game drive. With 20,000 acres of bush to explore before you even enter the Kruger National Park, you'll drive for miles without seeing another soul.
By day take one of Tanda Tula's renowned walking safaris to track big game on foot, and by night relax at the bar-side swimming pool or in a beanbag on the porch of your canvas tent. Each of the 12 secluded and romantic tents offers a private view of whatever might happen to be strolling by your tent, like elephants or the elusive leopard, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled!
Days 10, 11, 12
The grand finale of your stay is at this gorgeous beach-side retreat on the Indian Ocean. White-washed walls are the backdrop at Santorini, filled with airy rooms, private balconies, and sea views from nearly every angle.
During your stay, immerse yourself in the turquoise coastline with kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a round of beach volleyball or tennis, or with a fishing line. Of course, snorkeling is a favorite pastime for many of our guests who enjoy peering into the beautiful Bazaruto Archipelago teeming with marine life. Ready for an adventure on a grander scale? Get behind a boat on a pair of water skis or on an inner tube for an afternoon of adrenalin-fueled fun for the whole family.
